Windows and doors have an average lifespan of 20 years, however there are some keys things to look for that may indicate your windows and/or doors need to be replaced. • Drafts and Energy Costs: If you feel cold air drafts, your energy bills are rising, and overall temperature comfort/control within the home is poor • Physical Damage and Poor Operation: Rotting/damaged/warped frames, difficulty opening/closing, broken hardware pieces, broken glass, and excessive ice build up in the winter • Failed Sealed Units: Moisture/fog or debris between the glass means the insulating gas has leaked out • Outdate Energy Efficiency: Single pane windows, wood or aluminum frames

During the onsite appointment, we will visit your home to accurately measure your windows and doors to prepare an accurate quote. Access inside your house will be necessary so we can thoroughly assess the project scope and discuss our installation process in detail. We strongly recommend that the homeowner is present during this appointment to ask questions, and ensure all project details are clearly understood before proceeding. We strive to have your quote returned within 5-7 business days of your initial onsite appointment. All quotes are custom built based on the specifics of your windows and/or doors and installation process. Large and/or complex quotes may have longer turnaround times. Our quotes are valid for 30 days. We encourage our clients to take the time they need to make informed decisions. You may encounter other companies that use limited-time offers or tight deadlines to encourage quick contract signings. These timelines are often arbitrary; we believe major home improvement decisions deserve thoughtful consideration, clear information, and no pressure.

We require a non-refundable deposit of 60% to begin your custom windows and/or doors order. Since all windows and doors are custom manufactured, they cannot be modified or canceled once the order is placed. For your convenience, we offer financing through Finance It, allowing customers to finance the full project amount if they choose. As a general budgeting guideline, windows typically account for approximately 10–15% of the total cost of a residential home.

Product Delivery Timeline Our standard delivery lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks. Please note that delivery can extend to 12 weeks or more for: • Larger-scale orders • Highly customized or specialty products • Orders placed during December and January, when manufacturer lead times are typically longer   Installation Scheduling Once your order arrives at our facility, it is moved into our installation booking queue. At that point, it generally takes 3–6 weeks to schedule your installation date. Install dates are booked in the order that products are received and date of deposit received.   Please note that all of the products we supply are custom ordered and must go through a detailed manufacturing and delivery process.
